When you take a readiness assessment, your answers are scored and shown to you on screen. We keep an anonymised record of each completion: the instrument, the dimension scores and states, the pattern, and any optional context you gave such as your role and rough store count. That record is not linked to you unless you choose to give us your email address. Anonymised records are aggregated into the benchmark we publish, and may be shared in aggregated, anonymised form with partners who license the Readiness Stack.
If you enter an email address to receive your results, we store it with your results so we can send them, and so you can retrieve them later. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not call you. If a partner hosts a co-branded assessment on their site, the assessment says so on its first screen and your results are shared with that partner under their own privacy notice.
If you write to us through the site or by email, we keep the message and reply to it. If you subscribe to The Uncommonist, we keep your address for that purpose and every issue carries an unsubscribe link.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. We do not use advertising trackers.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including any assessment results linked to your email address. Write to hello@thinkuncommon.com and we will do it.
